Legends paint her as the immortal protector of all of Teleria, fighting an endless war against Siroth down the centuries – a sentinel with an eternal vigil, and with endless vigilance to match. The wilder, older histories say that she was the most beloved of Lumaya, that she was the template on which the Elves were created, and that she is and was a warrior of incomparable power and skill. Of all the figures throughout the history of Teleria, none loom larger than the Arbiter. Her default attack is also able to apply Weaken debuff on a single target enemy, which allows her allies to deal extra damage to that target. Arbiter is obtainable from Void Shard and by completing all the Progress Missions! She is renowned for her excellent support skills where she could revive fallen allies, apply Increase Attack buff to allow champions to deal more damage, and provide an additional Turn Meter boost to allow her allies to have an advantage in performing the attack before the enemies. If that's the case, you're probably going to be using Lifesteal set for a very long time.Attacks 1 enemy 2 times. You say you're new and I'm guessing Elhain is your starter. Later when you have a sizeable amount of crit on your gear you can switch out crit chance for crit damage. Your first progression step should be to replace your attack set with crit chance or divine critical pieces. But Crit chance and Crit Damage take priority. I mean Elhain is pretty fast and Speed is good on her too. Personally I think Stun builds work better on people who are naturally fast and/or have their own stuns from skills anyway. Better just to get crit normally from your gear. When you go up against the wrong element it is really difficult to get that buff. Don't rely on Lightning Arrow to increase your crit. You don't need 100% crit rate to go far, but the more you have the better, you will see as it procs a double attack on your A1 and you want this as much as possible. Crit% gloves are so hard to find on Lifesteal set but they will help you sooooo much.
